We’re Elaine & Emma, founders of ROAM: Best friends who have always shared a love of travel and a long-held ambition to create something of our own.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to experience some truly special places, often travelling with our families and staying in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen hotels. It was through these moments that the idea for ROAM began to take shape.

We wanted to create a small, boutique space within our community; somewhere calm, welcoming and genuinely focused on people. A place where the process of planning a trip feels just as enjoyable as the journey itself.

ROAM was built to move away from the traditional high street model and towards something more considered. More personal. More human.

Together, we bring experience across luxury travel, operations, events and business management; allowing us to look after every detail with care, while keeping things relaxed and approachable.
